My OTHER child....
This is my four-legged child named Cheyenne. She will be 12 in May and I have had her since she was 6 weeks old. I found her at Petsmart through The Humane Society. We know that her mom was a cocker spaniel and our vet seems to think the father was a chiuahua (boy, thats hard to spell). Funny combo....I know! She is very "tolerant" of the boys and has been nothing but good to them. She has been here for me through some "ruff" times and I love my four-legged little girl!

Her family in Rhode Island love her very much, too,
Cheyenne is such a well-behaved dog and very lovable. Many times she would snuggle up to me when I was taking care of Nolan as an infant, and put her head in my lap. She is so obedient and so smart and so patient. There were times she would patiently wait for me to fill her water bowl or put food in her dish or stand by the door to be let out. We all love Cheyenne, but I especially love her.
There's something about a little girl dog for a woman. Shorty will be 11 in March... Hopefully that birthday won't be as hard for me as his tenth was. I don't know if Suzi's thought of stuffing puffs in her diaper--that would've been a lot sneakier!
